Lorne is a seasoned project development leader with extensive experience in energy, government, banking, and consulting. As CEO of Columbia Power Corporation, he delivered four major hydropower projects (785 MW) on time and on budget. Since 2017, he has served on the $16 billion Site C Project Assurance Board. Earlier, he was Assistant Deputy Minister in BC and Senior Vice President at Canadian Western Bank. He now leads Sivertson & Associates Consulting.

Jon is an infrastructure and destination development specialist with over 25 years of global experience. He has advised on major projects across Canada, the USA, New Zealand, Australia, Singapore, Hong Kong, and Southeast Asia, spanning convention centres, stadiums, transit, bridges, and prisons—many through PPPs. Formerly CEO of GainingEdge (2019–2024), he also held senior roles with PwC and KPMG. Jon specializes in feasibility, business case analysis, procurement, and project finance.
